First overclock on new system help.

hi guys can any of you help me get up and running with my new system which is:

Asus p8 z68-v
i5 2500k
8gig corsair vengance 1600mhz
ati 6850

the stock speed atm is 3.30 , what settings do i need to change in bios for a basic 4gig overclock ?
