Just woke to find my first O/C still Priming away like a Good'UN!!

The CPU Voltage is a little high, thus pushing up temps. I'm pretty sure I can get the Voltage down a fair bit with some "Tinkering", happy with 4GHz stable for ten hours Prime tho so not really wanting to push it anymore.
My question now is ram, which way to run it?
I could run 1:1 at something like ddr851 5-5-5-15 @ 1.8v,
or
I could run 4:5 think its ddr1125 5-5-5-18 @ 2.1v ish.
not sure which way to go? when I run 1:1 my PC seems a lot more responsive yet even with the extra speed in 4:5 it seems to pause when asking it to do the basic stuff like pen a folder or file.
any help comments or advice please welcomed
