Hello, i've just tried my hand at overclocking the FSB and i only managed to get it from 1066 to 1166, after which my computer, when restarted won't go to the first screen to get into the bios.

Any ideas, i'm a total n00b at overclocking btw

I have the same cpu and mobo, and I read in a lot of reviews this mobo is crap for overclcoking. the northbridge gets way too hot for stable overclocks.

The P5N-E should be grand for dual-core overclocking.

Did you unlink your memory to stop it being overclocked with your CPU?

its great for overclocking dual core, have a look at the thread on it for a great overclocking guide.

make sure you have speedstep disabled as that can cause it to crash when overclocking
