First overclock

I upped it to 333 so my ram is running at 667 (rated speed) on 1:1 divider
So far the temps haven't went above 50 running prime and everything is stable.
3DMark06 went from 9500 to 11660 with the overclock so I'm well happy.
I'll run a small FFT tonight to test stability tonight. I've read these things can go over 3GHZ (mine is currently at 2.7 with stock cooler).
My mem is rated 667 is it possible to keep increasing the FSB and take my mem to 800? Or would that start involving increases in voltage?
Currently I have my CPU on 1.2v.
