First overclock

I have a Asus P5P43TD Pro Mobo and a Pentium Dual core E5400.

I would like to overclock to atleast 3.5GHz possibly 4GHz, is this achievable? and also how fast will the bus speed go up to on this processor? (I would like to match the ram speed 1333MHz)

Finally i need a cheap but effective CPU cooler, Will the Akasa AK-966 Blue Aurora cooler coupled with Artic Cooling MX-2 be sufficient for the job?

i would recommend a higher-specced cooler for that...
also, your FSB will not be anywhere near 1333, the memory frequency is the FSB x DRAM multiplier. This link might help you:
