I have got my 6600K running currently at 4.4Ghz @ 1.2V. I have only run XTU for 10 minutes but had no problems and temperatures were around 57 max. I tried 4.5Ghz but got a blue screen on start up.
What should I do next? Do I keep it as it is, and run a longer stability test, or should I push it some more by increasing the Vcore higher? What is a safe voltage without affecting (much) the life of the CPU?
E: Also I still have Turbo Boost enabled, is that correct or should I turn it off?
