First PC Build(GPU Not detected)

Hi there everybody!

So as the title says - this is my 1st time building a PC myself. I've got a list of the specs in images you'll be able to see down below. However after putting it all together. Nearly everything works except for and probably a major thing my GPU. It doesn't turn my monitor on, the fans never spun and there's this light on my motherboard kept shining VGA in orange. I was wondering If anybody has an idea of how I could've gone wrong? I've got no pictures taken of the built because I took it all apart several times and got exhausted. I'm still able to provide with whatever info necessary.
Tried potential solutions: Different monitor, different GPU, checked all cables/unplugged/replugged. tried different RAM slots. clearing CMOS battery.
Both GPU fans wouldn't spin/kept showing VGA led error on the motherboard

How long are you waiting for it to first boot?

Doesn't matter how long I wait, It just won't show any boot up screen and my GPU fans won't spin either.

What are the GPUs you have tried?

The one that I bought which is the PowerColor Red Devil 7900XT 20GB and the AMD Radeon RX580.

I'd double check all the power connectors are firmly seated, for the graphics card and the motherboard/CPU.

Does your motherboard have a second full length PCI-E slot?

You could consider a BIOS flash, though I'd probably do that as a last resort.

I double and even triple checked all the power connectors.

Yes, there is at the very bottom. however I cannot physically fit the GPU there.

And BIOS flash ? no idea what that is.
