Greetings... Again

I made quite a few changes from my original build thanks to your ideas, so feel free to tell me any suggestions for this second version of the build.

Note: My local currency is CLP; Chilean Pesos. To transform any number from CLP to USD you just multiply it by (0.00129). I.E 100.000 CLP is equivalent to 129 USD.

BUDGET: 650.000 CLP ~~around 850 USD

Cooler: Deepcool Gammax GTE v2-------------(30.000 CLP)
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600------------------------------(85.000 CLP)
MoBo: B450M A/CSM----------------------------(80.000 CLP)
Case: Antec DF 600------------------------------(80.000 CLP)
Ram: Adata D60 3200---------------------------(75.000 CLP)
Storage: NVMe Asgard 1tb----------------------(75.000 CLP)
PSU: Azza PSAZ RGB 650W---------------------(55.000 CLP)
SUBTOTAL:--------------------------------------[480.000 CLP]--
GPU: ?----------------------------------------------------(?)

There are a few changes that can be made at this point

Ram: Change Adata D60 2x8gb (3200Mhz) for Kingston HyperX FuryBlack 2x8gb (3600Mhz)

Question 1: Is it worth the upgrade from a 3200 Mhz ram to a 3600 Mhz for 13.000 CLP / ~17USD ?
Question 2: Are there compatibility issues between my motherboard and these faster ram cards?

PSU: Im considering to change it because of virtually non-existent reviews on my current PSU, and got this recommendation from the store clerk.
Current PSU: Azza PSAZ 650w (ARGB) 80+Bronze (55.000 CLP)

Next PSU: SEASONIC S12III Series SSR-550GB3 550w 80+ Bronze ATX12V (66.000 CLP)
https://www.sistemax.cl/index.php?route=product/product&path=87&product_id=2523

Question 3: Should I change my current power supply for this one? Is it worth the upgrade for 11.000 CLP / ~14USD ?

Note:
Most of my build options are chosen because of lack of current inventory in my country (wish I could find a better MoBo, but it's not the case for my budget)

LAST QUESTION.

Regarding the GPU, I can't seem to make my mind up; I'm considering the price and efficiency of each.

The options I was considering were:

1)Radeon RX 570 4GB
2)Gtx 1060
3)Gtx 1650 / super
4)Gtx 1660 / super / ti
5)Radeon RX 580 4gb / 8gb

Which GPU should I go for? Considering I want to be able to play most games at near max settings at a stable 60fps. I will definetly buy this last component either through ebay/amazon or local trade markets; can't seem to fit a brand-new unit into the build.

And whatever leftover money there is from the budget, it will be invested into a nice screen in the future.

Thanks for Reading and @Plec @VortexA1 @mickyflinn for your input on V1.

Thanks;
Also, regarding motherboards, the store just shipped in a motherboard of similar price (80.000clp vs 84.000 clp)
GIGABYTE B450M DS3H SOCKET AM4/ AMD B450/ DDR4/ QUAD-GPU CROSSFIREX/ SATA3&USB3.1/ M.2/ A&GBE/ MICROATX (84K CLP)
vs
ASUS PRIME B450M-A/CSM DDR4 SATA3 & USB3.1 M.2 A&GBE MICROATX (80K CLP)

Which one should I pick? I don't really get how to compare one Mobo with another

I'm currently doing all the purchases for the build and ran into a problem, my cooler ran out of stock.

So now I have two options

Deepcool Gammaxx 400 v2
or
Antec A400 RGB

Thoughts?
Personally, I'm leaning towards the antec cooler because of the RGB: it would look nice with my case (antec df 600)
