Hate screens like that, they give absolutely nothing away on how the game will actually play.

Pro Evo has been on a steady slide for years, can't see them hitting the quality of their best efforts.

Screens of PES 2008 looked similar. Problem was once you started moving the lag and low FPS kicked in.

I will wait to see what the online lag is like before I go near this game. I still prefer the speed on PES but the online was so bad you should have been able to get your money back.

2008 just sucked. I think i played FIFA more than Pro this year, which is amazing for me.

PES2008 killed football games for me, I bought it the day it came out and probably only played it for a couple hours, without online it's useless. Never got round to buying FIFA and didnt really get back into PES6. Certainly wont be rushing out to buy PES2009

I've fallen for the authentic kits, real player names, 621 licensed temas, awesome looking stadiums and great graphics..

Oh and great gameplay.

I look forward to both titles this year in the hope that Seabass and his team finally put a decent game together this generation but I also look forward to FIFA 09 as the reports about it have been that the gameplay will much more responsive which I hated about FIFA 08 and Euro 2008.

Yeah I did. I think the fact that the developer said they will be improving on it in FIFA 09 shows that it still isn't there yet.

See I still prefer the response speed of Fifa over Euro myself, maybe I'm just odd. What ever happened to the old game speed slider in the options hey? that could keep us all happy.

The pes screens look as poor as expected but if they made it play like pes4 I'd be all over it.........
