First Pokémon Game?

Only one I played was Blue on my classic Gameboy. Also remember getting very excited you could play them on PC emulated.
Used to boot that up on library PCs with mates during lunch breaks. Along with Runescape!

I used to do exactly that, had it on a floppy disc.

Was listening to a podcast from around release time discussing the game, controversy etc. Is it right the other games don't level up your whole team and it's only the one battling who gets xp?

The other games level up the party but not as much.

So the Pokémon who is out first gets bulk of the xp then the others get some.

Wish i could recapture that feeling of being a child on christmas morning and cracking open pokemon blue for the first time.
