First proper overclock, advice needed

Finished building up my machine yesterday, overclocked it and left it running whilst at work. Are these tempratures a bit too hot for the cpu? It's a B2 stepping week 29

The thermal paste hasn't completed 1 thermal cycle yet.

when i was on air i was getting arround them temps with 3.4ghz it never caused me any issues but for some poeple it might be too hot.

The one thing that really doesn't help is my room temp is 34 degrees right now

Those temps are safe enough but I would be wary of letting them go much higher so unless you can do something about the ambient (room) temp then you have more or less reached your limit I'm afraid.
