I have chosen:
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FS-213-OE&tool=3
with 8 GB RAM and GTX 560ti.

Any advice welcome.

I want to play games like Tribes ascend and Battlefield 3. I just want 60+ FPS with decent ress and high/very high setting.

Also I heard the cooler is loud, should I upgrade it but I am on a tight budget.

I cant use wired but I heard homeplugs are as good as wired but they seem a bit iffy, are they good/safe to use, if not please suggest a good wireless device.

BTW I dont want to build it my self.

I don't have easy access to the internet, so I won't be able to reply asap.

Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't expect a constant 60fps with that graphics card on BF3 unless your playing on a low resolution.

Homeplugs are fine, provided you're on the same loop, I've never had an issue. Fantastic invention.

I live in the UK, my super hub is in the living room and my computer in my bedroom, directly above. Will the wires be on the same loop, the house was made around 1930s if that helps.

Powerline should work fine.
The 560 wont play BF3 on high settings averaging 60fps unless you are using a resolution of or below 1680x1050
