If ur mates into hardware a lot u could adj him if he has a pc speaker. Would make it much easier to find a problem as it'll give you beeps depending on the hardware that failed

Give overclockers a ring and tell them the problem you have and just RMA the motherboard, cpu and the ram. They will test all the components and send you back the ones that work and replace which ever components are faulty.
It might cost you some on the Postage and Packaging but its gotta be better than your current situation.

Also post a close-up picture of the motherboard in the way you have it set-up at present. You never know someone may well spot something your missing.

Can I have multiple RMAs? A RMA can only contain one item.

If I only can have 1 RMA at the which one should I pick first? Motherboard, CPU or RAM?

Motherboard. CPUs hardly ever die unless you abuse them, and it's probably not the RAM if you've tried each stick independently.

Yeah picked the motherboard and I have tried both RAM sticks, and I doubt Im that unlucky that both RAM sticks are faulty

Ok, I just got a Refund from the motherboard, because it was faulty and they couldnt replace it, so now Im wondering about the difference between P55 and H55. Im guessing that one has Onboard GFX and the other doesnt so it shouldnt make and difference with the CPU I have.

since its basically the same just a bit bigger because it supports CF / SLI.
