First Shot at Overclocking

I have had a go for the first time at overclocking, I have got my Q660 running at 3.2ghz with not errors at the moment but i would like to know what the temp should be under stress as my cpu is reaching 75c. I have put a pic of the testing and settings below i have been doing below.

I have set my system back to stock setting for the moment. My cooler is a tuniq tower and have been using the cpu paste that came with it. Would it be better to get some artic silver. I have always used everest to monitor the core temps but i downloaded the program real temp and that shows higher temps. My temps are 39c on idle with stock settings when read with real temp but everest shows 28c.

I can get the temp down abit more if i turn the tuniq tower fan up to the full 2090 rpm but the fan is loud as hell so i run the fan at 1271 rpm.

I don't know if this could be a factor why my temps are abit high, my tuniq tower cpu cooler seems to overhang the cpu socket and sit above the 4 capacitors i have ringed in red on the picture below.

I'm gonna buy some artic silver tomorrow and reseat the cooler but i hate doing that as i have to take my motherboard out to do it. I have a hole on the motherboard tray to remove the cooler bracket but its getting the right back cooler screw back after without taking the board out that is the problem.

I have used some artic silver and reseated the cooler as it was leaning up on the capacitors to the right of the cpu socket. These are the temps i am getting from pc turn on. Are these right now

do i let the artic silver time to settle before trying overclocking again.

For some stupid reason i can't get my pc to overclock now with the settings i put in before. Everytime i put my settings in the bios for 3.2ghz my pc restarts 2 times then boots up but it has my cpu set to 2.13ghz. I used these settings below.
