Where can I find the drivers for Realtek High Definition Audio? And do ATi have Vista drivers out yet?

Vista Drivers for ATi are certainly out!
The sound drivers for my asus board were on their website

vista picked up the realtek audio drivers itself, didnt have full functionality but ran in 5.1 happily

are the ati drivers still beta or there a hidden link to the finished ones ive not found yet?

Strange.... on my hardware/sound options, it says 'no audio device installed'. My motherboard is an MSI 975x Platinum.

Try maybe the Realtek website? :\

The realtek website is dead - the entire domain is giving me a 'server down' message. Anyways, I went to MSI just now and got the drivers from there

I too have an Asus board with realtek audio. I just told Vista to search on the internet for drivers, and it installed them for me - no problems here

lol, well I can't do anything about that

My motherboard has the vista realtek driver installed but the sound is distorted like its playing too loud?!

Which are partially mince and don't (yet) include OpenGL.... hence you'll be lucky to get anything with a Carmack engine working well, or some of the games written by Introversion (Darwinia, Defcon).

My experience has been fine so far and driver wise, it even picked up and installed a driver for my diabetic test kit!

Ok fixed this problem!
Hows about that all on my own!

After digging about my motherboard homepage Gigabyte were dodgy drivers
Realtek are down!
So i managed to get a realtek onboard driver from MSI homepage!

Seems to have done the trick!

Just need to get my wireless adapter working now and then im happy! All i do is play WOW that works a dream so ill just sit and wait for updates for other stuff
