Hey people

I'm looking to complete a first time build of a mid range gaming pc. Several components I'm already set on getting, as in I see no other alternative for the price. These include the Case, CPU , RAM and DVD drive. Out of the rest, if there's something cheaper / better within the budget, I'm all ears!

Note: Several of the components have also already been ordered (GPU, Mobo, HD)

Many many hours drudging through the forums / reviews / specs has brought me to this set of components:

Case: Antec p180 mini [not stocked on OcUK]

Areas where I'm still a little unsure is the CPU cooler. The CM Hyper 212 + is much hyped, perhaps an alternative is the Gelid tranquillo?
The 4GB G.skill has been set in my build for a long while, is there no other good alternative at that price point?

Your thoughts / critique are appreciated!

Not a bad build and you still may be able to overclock, once you have your temperatures you can go from there.

Will you be overclocking?
If not, stick with the stock cooler and don't buy any compund, you won't need anything more than stock if not OCing.

There is a strong possibility that I will, yes. I would like to leave the door open for over clocking, hence the cooler. Which I guess is good enough for moderate OCing.

Thanks :D Put a lot of time scoping those components for that overall price, good to see someone else likes it too!
