First time build this weekend, any tips or hints for a noobie?

So I just ordered my last three parts from OCUK and I plan to build on Saturday, this will be my first ever build so I was looking for some general tips or hints to prepare me.

My build list;

MSI 970 Gaming AMD 970 (Socket AM3+) DDR3 ATX Motherboard
AMD FX8320E (from current build)
R9 270x 4GB MSI (from current build)
SuperFlower Golden Green HX 550W "80 Plus Gold" Power Supply
8GB Ram (from current build)
500GB HHD (from current build)
NZXT Source 340 Midi-Tower Case - Red Window

So I'm swapping out my good current parts, slapping them into a new case with a new PSU and MOBO.

Should I be doing a clean install of Windows 7?

OK, some people said it wouldn't matter and others saying it will. So I'll go with the safe option and do a clean install, cheers.

And getting an SSD is on my wish list, sadly money is stretched and it'll have to wait.

Cheers for the tips guys! I have a 15gb usb stick so I'll put all the drivers I need on there.

And I'll take my time, I really don't want to rush this and get it wrong. To much on the line, lol.
