Hi All,
First time i'm buying my own system, and a friend recommended ( and i have since purchased ) the following mobo;
Abit IX38 QuadGT Intel X38 (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard
I read on the description ( as per OCUK's anyway ) that it is incompatible with 4870 X2 GPU's, which i understand, i'm a stones throw away from purchasing;
Powercolor ATI Radeon HD 4870 1024MB GDDR5 TV-Out/Dual DVI/HDMI (PCI-Express)
This one ofcourse isn't an X2, can someone please confirm it will be ok?
Sorry for the silly question, but just before i shell out £190 on it!!
Kindest Regards,
TommyV.
