First time GPU Advice

Was going to ask what is the best GPU in 2013/2014 for £200?

Going to be trying to keep my budget at a minimum but i am in diffs about these two cards for the simple reason of the price. Nearly £90 in difference what would you all do?

Here are the GPU's:

MSI GeForce GTX 760 OC Gaming Edition 2048MB £149.99

Asus GeForce GTX 780 Direct CU II 3072MB £239.99

Is the MSI a good card for ultra settings and future games?

max budget would be £250. Bound to be a great GPU out there for that price ehh?

GTX 970 is just over budget but worth the extra tenner.
