First time i cant connect to steam, is it down?

I have never had any issues logging into Steam, but today i cant get on there, it says to check my connection, but im online :confused:

ive created a steam support ticket, been trying in the meantime, still nothing

delete your clientregistry.blob? it pretty much always solves every steam related issue.

seems to be working now, i got online and was laggy as hell for 5 mins, but seems ok now
