Samsung 2253LW or LG W2252TQ?
I'm finally looking to replace my venerable old CRT but having a few problems finding a decent monitor. The main use will be gaming.
At the moment I'm eyeing up the Samsung 2253LW and the LG W2252TQ, and other than slightly varying contrast they appear to have relatively similar specifications. The Samsung 2233BW has also caught my eye as it is newer and seems to have reasonable image quality but I'm hesitant because of the 5ms. So my question really is has anyone got any experience with any of these? Coming from a CRT I'm a bit paranoid about things like backlight bleed, input lag, and buzzing noises at certain brightness levels, so any information on how these rate in those aspects would be greatly appreciated.
Alternatively, I'm open to any other suggestions for similar monitors. My only real criteria are 22-24", good image quality and responsiveness, and naturally as little backlight bleed, input lag, and noise as possible.
Thanks.
