first time modding help

im thinking of modding my current case but unsure if it will work any help surgestions would be great

red bits are fans and the with directional arrows for air flow yellow boxes are my harddrives and the blue box is my cooler sealed water one

im a noob at modding so im asking if this will be ok for this tower also taking the handle off as i dont need it as you can see the harddrive bays and optical bays will be gone all but one that will have my dvd drive in it so what do you guys think will it be good or should i wait and buy a full tower case(thnking about it but board of my tower lol)

It will work. Do it and then redo it if you get a new case. Good experience.

need some measurements really,check clearance between MB and cooler(ram not in the way ect) also reverse the coolers fan direction(blowing out)
