First time overclocker. Not sure what I'm doing

Just made some changes in BIOS but not sure if I am doing it right. Any help would be good.

Well I didn't want to go crazy. Still using the stock fan. All I did was change the multiplier to 42 and the XMP to Profile1. I guess I should have stated what I have on my original post:

GA-Z77-D3H Mainboard
Intel i5 3570k (stock heatsink/fan)
G.Skill RipjawsX (2x4GB) DDR3 1600Mhz Memory CL9 (9-9-9-24) 1.5V
Sapphire HD 7770 1GB GDDR5 PCI-E GPU
CoolerMaster 600w Silent Pro Gold PSU
Kingston 120gb V+200 SSD (OS)
WD 1TB Caviar Green SATA-III 6Gb/s Hard Drive (DATA)

I think it might be time next month to get a new cpu cooler.

Well due to the ripjawsx heatsinks I was thinking of this one with some fans

I don't think I need to go too overkill because I only have a HD 7770 gpu, I just wanted a nice easy overclock, such as what I have done so far.

This one would go perfect in my white cm690-II case but the rest of my fans are black, the psu is black and the mainboard is blue and my memory is red haha I guess I never thought about colour coding my build

My only concern is the blue heatsink to the left of my current cpu heatsink/fan

I can't remember how high it is, will the prolimatech fit correctly?

I Know the megahelms works fine but not sure about that option. It may hit the RAM.
