First time overclocker

Hey guys,

I have got a 3570k and I've just overclocked it to only 4ghz with stock volts.

Now after running prime for about 20mins it was around 70c full load. Now how can I make sure it's stable and what's a good temp? Should I up the volts?

I'm using a H80 and what ever is stock voltage

It idle's around 32c

To do that set

CPU multi to 45
Vcore voltage response to fast
Pci/bclk to 100
Pwm phase control to extreme performance
Loadline calibration set to high
CPU voltage to normal
Dvid to +0.015v

I think i'll stick with 4GHz for now. May overclock a bit more in a few days.

Just did the settings above and ran prime95. Hitting high 80s. That bad?
