Same board and cpu as me, but i have a h100 cooler, i run at 4.8ghz 24/7. Bios is complicated but its an excellent board. 4.5 ghz should be easy to get with 10 mins work. Have you tried the auto overclocking and see what it gets?

Hello,
No I haven't tried auto over clocking. Wouldnt know where to start. And chance you could let me know your bio s settings?

I wouldn't touch the auto-OC on asus boards, when I did it out of curiosity I got 5.4ghz @ 1.57v.

Check out clunks P67 guide, should help you out.

The bios is pretty easy to use, and using the above guide you are only going to need to touch 5-6 settings at the most.
