First Time Upgrading My Computer (Need Help Please)

Hey guys, this is my first time upgrading my computer and need help on what's the best thing to buy and what will actually work with my computer.

CPU wise I would leave that in there as the 2600 is a good cpu.

Change the GPU to 7950 gigabyte better bang for buck especially when its on offer!
