Hi,

I am looking to watercool my rig, i have looked at external coolers as its my first time but have heard building your own kit is better, especially for value.

My case is an Antec 902, i already have the cpu and gpu waterblock and i need help in what other parts i should get and any suggestions.

My cpu is an i5 750 overclocked to 3.5ghz and my gpu is a 7950 whick kicks out a bit of heat.

All your help would be appreciated.

I have read the first timers guide but just want ideas or links to recommended parts including pumps, radiator, fans, barbs, tubes, resrvoir...pretty much everything except for the 2 parts i have.

Thanks guys

Hi and welcome to the forums :)

Some people who have watercooled a 902 have installed a 120.2 radiator in the front of the case with some minor modifications, so perhaps that might be a consideration.
I'd also suggest if you want to overclock further that a 120.2 (even a thick radiator with good performing fans) might not be enough for satisfactory temperatures, you may want to consider a 120.1 radiator at the rear of the case aswell.

A Laing DDC 10W, 18W or D5 pump would all be perfectly fine.

What reservoir you choose to buy will depend partly on what pump you use and how much space you have in the case.

As for fans, Corsair do some good high pressure fans which are excellent for radiators:

Also Scythe Gentle Typhoons are excellent and the higher speed fans (3000 RPM+) can be converted to PWM:
The 1850 RPM example:
