First Time Buyer

Hi im in the look out for a Digital Camera but ive never owned 1 be for. my price
range is around £250.00 max

i want to use it for all kinds of shots landscapes, portraits, close ups
any help would be great.

i like the look of the Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ3 is it any good?
