I'll give you £50 for one :p

Very good looking case, although i dont really like the fan mount on the window. Not sure if its worth the extra money over a 922 or a 932 for the extra fan mounts.

It is a full tower case. Imagine an Antec 900 vs 1200.

The HAF 932 vs the HAF X is the same.

I bought my old Icute midi tower for around £60 + £20 for fans nearly 10 years ago and am only upgrading because the 5870 doesn't fit.
The HAF-X is large enough to accomodate anything so hopefully will last me a similar amount of time or even longer.

It is a bit pricey but you have to look at the feature set. The cooling doesn't really have to be improved from standard so you won't have to spend any extra money for new fans.

If it lasts me as long as my previous case then it's well worth the price.

re:

Have had this case on pre-order for a fair while now but hopefully it might turn up at my house tomorrow:D
Cheers

I received mine today..it's a very nice case indeed...took around 2-3 hours to get the cable routing reasonably nice looking.

here's some pics...

First a comparison between the HAF-X and my previous icute case(I think it was full tower) and an old case I was using temporarily to test my new 5870...

Awesome looking case. I already own HAF 922 and I love it. Hmmm most probably my next case is going to be HAF X for a future build.
Can any one confirm if the depth and height dimensions are correct at 590mm and 550mm respectively? Cause from product pics the height seem to be larger than depth. I would really appreciate it. Many thanx;)

The coolermaster website is wrong...the height is actually 60cm (63cm with wheels) and depth is 55cm.

Just to let you all know. The stock of these will most likely have run out by Monday. If your after one I would suggest buying now.

Next lot of UK stock is at least a week away at the mo.

Thanks fs123 for confirming that. This is exactly what I thought. The dimensions for depth and height are wrong way round because clearly from pics you can see that height is larger than depth so height should be 590/600mm and depth should be 550mm. I am surprised that people are just quoting the dimensions as mentioned on coolermaster website without investigation. May be some one can send an email to coolermaster to specify correct dimensions as it is very misleading. ;)

Edit:So HAF X is actually shorter than both HAF 932 and HAF 922 whose depths are 575mm and 563mm respectively.

re:

Hi, I have just measured mine HAF X from the outside base to the top highest point at 595mm and the front to the back is approx 560mm " this includes the dimension of the case door covers / handles that protrude a little further than the case ".

If you wish to use the coaster wheels that come with it like I have the top / bottom hight increases to 630mm approx

Cheers

re:

I really love the case and find to my surprise these huge fans are very quiet:)
I would like to add another of these fans to the top as there is an option to add an additional one:)
Anyone know where I could purchase a coolermaster 200mm fan... don`t think they sell them at overclockers ?

Cheers all
