First water setup.. am I doing something wrong?

Howdy

After a year of toying with the idea, I finally built my first water setup.
On air (ACF7pro), my chip did 3.4Ghz, 1.41vcore, loading at 62C.

Components:
Big Water SE CPU block, lapped
Big Water SE Rad with 2 120mm push/pull fans
DangerDen Res/Fillport
AquaXtreme 50Z-DC12 pump
Feser One
Three 120mm case fans

Now, my chip isn't even stable at 3.4Ghz, and at 3.2Ghz 1.36vcore it loads at 64C!

I'm really not sure what's wrong, been building and overclocking for years, and I'm damn sure the block is seated correctly.. Are the water components above just really low end, or do you reckon I should be seeing much better cooling performance?

The Thermaltake Big Water components are really low end... wouldnt suprise me if a top end air cooler actually beat it.

replying to my own post, how cool am I!

will a better radiator fit the bill?
will a new waterblock actually make any difference if I keep the current rad?

I have the armour junior case, so I'm not sure how a 120.2 or 120.3 would fit :/

Performance can be significantly increased by using better fans, what are you currently running?

Using two Thermaltake Thunderblades (not bad fans, came with the armour junior) and three Akasa Amber ultra quiets. All 120mm, with two fans on the rad, one either side for push/pull.

Guess I'll be keeping an eye on the MM for a new rad!
