The Google Keep Chrome app is no longer functioning correctly on my work PC so I can't pin it to my desktop for timely reminders. I am instead forced to use the browser version on Google Drive.... Oh my days!

Don't go down the road of granting her approval / sign off authority for all your stuff. I bet she doesn't consult with you on the £000s she spends on products.
