A couple of things I learned about VR this week.

1). I have a cold which has caused my Sinus to become blocked which brings on nausea in VR much faster than without a cold.

2). Too hot to VR. I know it doesn't happen often, certainly not in the UK but just now even though I want to I could not bare the thought of putting on a HMD and headset. I might have to see about setting a fan up!

Boxers last night also, still wet face cover headphones and spine for some reason. Far to hot for it but I can't put it down.

Steamy lenses are the worst thing about the Vive for me, happens all the time. So annoying having to take headphones and vive off to wipe mid game.

Did VR last night just wearing my boxers. That helped.

I was playing Raw Data last night in my boxers and had to stop due to the lenses steaming up and I took of the HMD to see my Mrs laughing her had of saying how silly I looked ducking and diving half naked..... Must make sure she never videos it!

I have some anti fog spray which I use on my car windscreen and diving goggles but I'm not sure I want to try it on the Vive. Cant see it would do any harm though.

A fan is seriously the best thing you can do. I've used a large floor standing fan since the DK1 during hot weather, and have dragged it back out of the spare room this week.

In this weather I can't even use my Rift without large amounts of fogging. With the fan, zero fogging and a much more comfortable VR experience overall.

I use one of those Dyson fan things and its pretty comfortable VR-ing sitting in front of it.
I could'nt sit infront of a conventional fan with the buffeting air you get from them.
Also i'm a little luck as my room has windows to the front and side so I can get a nice corridor of air flowing.

I've only had me rift about a week and have only used it for 10 minutes because its just too damn hot to have it sitting on my face! Bit gutted really as its just sitting in the corner looking sad. I even put some mounts on my chair for my hotas and everything! :(

Gotta keep at it. Hot weather can't last for ever and you have a whole VR world to explore.
