Fitting a brodit active mount

Hi,

Does anyone have any experience fitting a brodit active mount? The websites selling them state "professional fitting required". Is it actually necessary? Where will fit such a thing and how much will it cost me?

I can't imagine it's that hard.

Can you perhaps, for example, wire in a car stereo (and I'm not talking ISO plugs)

I'm convinced. I was confident I would be able to do it, just wanted to check I wasn't overlooking something that would stop a non-pro doing it (although thinking about it I can't think what that something might have been).

I've fitted three or four over the years. Incredibly easy, you'll have no problem.

The standard wheel is awful so I had it ribbed for more pleasure.....
