Fitting a heatsink/cooler

Hi guys. I'll be installing a new cpu and cooler for the first time soon and have no idea how it's done. Anyone able to give me a step-by-step or even maybe a video?

The CPU is an E6600 and the cooler will probably be the Tuniq 120. I'm torn between that and a Zalman...

I would say the Tuniq

I had one before but got rid of it when I sold my old rig!

Going to get another now to cool my e6600 when it arrives!

EDIT: Oops sorry just read you want instructions - they come with clear instructions so don't panic too much about installing it

With the tower you'll have to remove the mobo to fit the back plate, apart from that just follow the instructions and make sure you get the direction of the fan correct.

Which Zalman?

The TT is one of the top coolers along with the thermal right 120 extreme I think

I'd go for the TT its very very good
