Hi guys,
I recently bought a case that included a front mounted temp display. I hadn't intended to bother using it, but now that it is here I figured I may as well.
It has one little cable thermometer thingy for the hdd, so I have attached that close to the hard disks. My question is regarding the cpu one, where do I fit the thermometer? do I have to take off the heatsink and put it under that a little bit? or would it be good enough to tuck it next to the heatsink?

,as was pointed out. You can just stick it in the fins, but that won;t really give you a good idea of temps. I have mine stuck on the side of the IHS with frag tape.
