Fitting advice with Zalman CNPS9500-AM2 CPU Cooler

Hi all, I am looking to buy the Zalman CNPS9500-AM2 CPU Cooler from OCUK, as I found out that the AC64 pro cooler don't fit the Asus M2N32-SLI Deluxe mobo. What I was wondering is if anyone have had experience fitting these coolers and would I have to remove the mobo to fit or are they not too heavy. Any advice is appreciated.

I have an X2 5000+ and bought that cooler, mate installed it for me about a week ago.

They're fiddly, but he did it quite easily without Motherboard removal, hope this helps.

PS. The cooler is quality. My CPU core temps were @ approx 36 - 38, with the cooler they're now 29 degrees
