Fitting alarm and central locking to Golf mk4

Morning all,

Ive got a Golf 1.4 E which has no electrics in it whatsoever . Anyway I found these kits:

I was surprised at how cheap they are. I have two questions. Is there a better kit out there that I havent seen? Also does anybody have any experiece with fitting these, is it difficult to do. I have contacted a guy selling the Haynes manual on eBay and he says it does provide instructions on how to fit central locking.
