Fitting application

what is needed to put these in realy? Do they only need to be hand tightened or should a tool he used aswell, i have my first pc built by myself nearly ready. All that is left is to put on my fittings when they arrive , sort the wiring and then the tubes.

I'd say it depends largely on the fitting in question. With some of my previous builds, I've used nothing bar finger and thumb to put on compression fittings to flexible tubing.

With my most recent build using Monsoon EV2 hard-line fittings, i used the supplied tool to ensure a good compression.

The rule I follow is that if there is only a hand-grip/texture to tighten the fitting, you are not supposed to use a tool, most soft tube fittings are intended to be hand-tightened only.

yes hand only you need to be very careful when screwing into a plexi block too much and you will crack it. and make sure the o rings are on
