Fitting CD Player 206

Just wondering if anyone can help me here. My brother has a Peugeot 206 2004 that had a Sony cd player in it which became faulty. He bought a JVC head unit and I fitted it this afternoon. The CD Player seems ok and works, however it does not turn off when the key is taken out of the ignition. I've done a couple of players before and it was never an issue. The paperwork suggests that for some cars, the red and yellow wires may need swapping over so I tried this and it still does the same thing.

What do I need to do in order to get the CD player to turn off when the key is taken out/ignition turned off?

Sounds like you may well of wired it in wrong. Double check you've connected it up right in the loom.

Very common problem, usually swap the red and yellow wire round and all will be good.
