Fitting CD Player

How hard is it to fit a cd player yourself rather than paying a store to fit it for you. I had my cd stolen last week and want to get a new one but don't want to wait around to have it fitted. Has anyone here done it before? If I was to buy one from Amazon would it come with instructions?

It should be easy to fit as I don't have to take out an existing one, just put a new one straight in.

Can anyone recommend one for £50-60 that will play mp3/cd-r etc.
