Fitting Door Pins 106

I got some new door pins on my 106, And I dont know how to fit them? Please can anyone help me

, They are silver ones. So can any one plz help me.

Whats the best way to get em off then?

They are an rectangle shape door pins.

Its 2 new door pins, With a small hole at the bottem of them "for the rod".
