Fitting Mobo

This may sound like a really silly question but I have this motherboard
Gigabyte GA-MA790XT-UD4P (Socket AM3) PCI-Express DDR3 Motherboard

And want to confirm that there are only 3 mounting points?? Is that right as to me it doesn't seem like much.

Theres one in the bottom left, bottom right and top right - should there be any more around the centre?

The mounting holes are the ones with the striped circle outlines.
