Looking to build my next PC around an intel Core 2 Duo E6600, I have been an AMD fan for years and now looking for a change... :D My only concern from never building an intel Core 2 Duo is the installation of the stock heatsink and fan, has any one got pictures or videos on installation, and how easy they are to fit.... Thanks for your help.. :D

easy but can be fiddly

just make sure all the black clips are turned clockwise, and then line them with the holes on the motherboard, sit them into the holes, then apply pressure on one of the black clips so it clicks into place, do the opposite/diagnol clip the same way, and continue on all the clips

aslong as they all click into place, your good to go

The retail box comes with quite good fitting instructions. Depending on how you're going to use the PC it might be worth buying a better HSF at the same time. An Arctic Cooling 7 Pro is a small investment but is much better than the stock HSF.
