hi all just a quick one,

I havent played football for 5 years now and through college done next to no exercise so i decided im going to do something about it. Now im starting football training tomorrow and they do a hour circuit training then have a game of footy. Now i get tired and out of breath after about 30 minutes ! :( i no that is awful, thats why im doing someting about it.

Can you give me some tips please on how mot to pass out :rolleyes:

ok guys thanks i just think that hour circuit training is a bit mad for my first load of exercise for 2 years :p

any times you can give me for the session tomorrow?
