fix for the 360 GH2 whammy bar issue

Firstly if this post violates any rules please remove with my apologies.

Secondly doing what is stated requires you to open up your guitar and therefor void your warranty on it so if you do not feel comfortable in doing this then do not proceed.

OK that being said in digging around in the official Guitar Hero forums I came across this and by all accounts from the responses it does appear to work.

I myself cannot test it as I do not own a 360 I play GH on the PS2.
