Had a tiny bit of plastic come loose on my dinovo edge keyboard making my page down key wiggle about then it broke off so before i got a replacement sent logitech made me smash up the whole keyboard so i couldn't benefit from selling it on or whatever.

Pretty tough things these keyboards, i sent this pic first after a dozen whacks with a hammer and the guy thought i had just removed some keys.

Then he said no, we want you to REALLY break it

That one convinced them i think :), got the replacement a few days later and sold it on the mm today switched to a g15 now.

is it still under warranty?

RMA IT

He has, Logitech require you to smash up your old hardware before sending a replacement, someone here had to RMA a mouse and Logitech asked him to destroy it :D
Good way of venting your frustration!

Tough keyboard then!

Good work there, I myself would probably go with driving over it or possibly dropping it out the window (I'm up a few flights of stairs). Hope you have better luck with the G15.

That's an awesome RMA process, "We cant be bothered to check if its faulty, smash it and we'll send u a replacement if u send us a photo"!

Open to abuse i think...

deffianatally worth a go though! just to smash expensive stuff up (its no fun when its something cheap, even if its brought you years of pain...)

I think that would do nothing at all but take off a few keys... these keyboards are hard as ****.

I've had a revision 1 g15 before and i'm liking this one better... i think the first one had rubber keys and it was a pain to clean the thing.

why did you swap to the g15? i have the edge too and its very nice :) apart from when you have it on your lap and the volume auto adjusts :S

I hated not being able to touch it without leaving marks on it and also in bf2 the arrow up key used to act as if it was pressed forward for about 15 seconds when i wasn't touching it.

Main thin was the fingerprints.
