FIXED -Some applications running at a low fps

Random issue, not life threatening, however Spotify and Zoom to name a couple run super laggy in terms of refresh rate.

Everything else is buttery smooth at 144hz, but the mentioned applications run at like 20fps... So are really jarring to use and also cause the mouse to run at those frame. It's not until I click away that it gets smooth again.

Using GSync, I thought this was having an impact, but nope...

Fixed it... Nvidia randomly sets the below highlighted to weird settings. Putting them to default fixes this. I think it's because their Windows apps?
