Fixing broken installations

I just reinstalled Windows 7 x64 on my SSD. All my programs were left installed on my D drive. The problem is, I completely forgot that the registry would be deleted thefore none of my installed programs work anymore.

Is there anyway I can fix this without reinstalling them all again?

no. it's not just the registry but files all over the c: drive (even if you install to d:, loads of stuff gets installed in your profile/program data/windows folders)

is your d: drive an SSD as well? if it isn't, it's a waste of time having an SSD if you aren't going to install your applications on it.
