Hi Everyone,
I RMA'd my ViewSonic VX912 19" monitor due to a broken button. The replacement I recieved worked but after half an hour the screen flashed and went blank. If I then tried to turn it on again, the screen would turn on and work for a split second then go blank again. I have to leave it for about an hour and when I come back to it, it works for another half hour. I then recieved another working replacement but the delivery man just left the old broken one even after I asked him if he would pick it up.
Now what really gets me is that I have a half working monitor which I could put to good use if it worked. Does anyone know anything about monitors or electronics. My theory is that it just overheats.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
