Fixing/removing a small scratch from a laptop screen>?

its a 1cm scratch

just wondering if anyone has succesfully fixed up something like this?

I'd be interested in finding this out too... I have a small scratch on my desktop monitor and my 2yr old son went to town scribbling on my wife's monitor with an allen key

You can try to polish (brasso, displex etc) it or fill it (vaseline).

Ive succesfully used Displex scratch remover on my IPOD (Screen and metal casing) Mobile phone, my lasses car radio and my psp. It will take off any coating, but polishes it up to a shiny finish.
